Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using JobHulk ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

JobHulk grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for job seeking or job posting purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings
• Scrape or harvest data from the platform
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Job Seeker Terms

Job seekers agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in their profile
• Keep their profile information up to date
• Not create multiple accounts
• Use the Service for legitimate job searching purposes only

5. Employer Terms

Employers agree to:

• Post only legitimate job opportunities
• Provide accurate job descriptions and requirements
• Pay for job postings according to the published pricing structure
• Not discriminate in hiring practices
• Respond to applications in a timely manner

Free Trial: Job postings are free for 7 days. After that period, payment is required to keep the posting active.

6. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Pricing is as follows:

• Basic Plan: $99 for 30 days
• Extended Plan: $199 for 60 days

All sales are final. Refunds are not provided except as required by law.

7. Content Moderation

JobHulk reserves the right to review, approve, reject, or remove any content, including job postings and user profiles, that violates these Terms or our community standards. We may flag or remove content without prior notice.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by JobHulk and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Limitation of Liability

JobHulk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

11. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. JobHulk is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or legality of job postings or user profiles.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
